Port Coogee Marina is a world-class recreational marina and residential estate offering a diverse range of premium coastal living options.

At its heart is a vibrant Marina Village with a 300-pen marina and a blend of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks, cycle and walk paths, fishing platforms, jetties and beaches.

Perth Precast involvement in the project was substantial – encompassing a total of $7 million worth of precast products.

Around 2 kilometres of marina breakwaters and seawalls stretch out into the Indian Ocean at depths of up to 10 metres below sea level.

Perth Precast manufactured 2.25 kilometres of marina edge wall treatments – highly architectural-finished sea walls and cappings with a concrete mix that had to meet the harsh marine environment and a life time guarantee.

Perth Precast also manufactured and supplied bridge beams for one 24 metre and one 36 metre bridge connecting the main land traffic to the man-made islands and canals.
