Perth Precast is proud to have had the experience of working on Durack House 2.

It is WA's first 6 STAR GREEN STAR rated building, and with a 5 star NABERS rating as well, is one of the most highly certified energy efficient buildings in the country.

Perth Precast has a strong commitment to environmentally green and energy efficient construction methods – and a number of our initiatives can contribute to this important aspect of your next project.

Significantly, we have recently developed for widespread use our extremely environmentally friendly and energy-efficient E-Panel, which incorporates a layer of insulating material within precast concrete panels.

Further innovations such as Perth Precast's revolutionary BubbleDeck® slab system – which can reduce concrete use by up to 50%, and consequently also reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions – add to our now well established green construction credentials.
