Robert Spadanuda, Dip Int Des
Director, Chief Executive Officer
Robert has over 15 years experience in upmarket residential construction as well as extensive knowledge and experience in medium to large scale property development.
He brings specialised skills in financial and project management, and is an integral part of the management team that oversees both the strategic direction and day-to-day functioning of the business.
Robert will also take a hands-on role in the management and oversight of all significant projects that Perth Precast and Precast WA undertake.
Gavin Lee, B. Arch
Director
Gavin graduated as an architect in 1982, and worked on a wide range of significant design and construction projects across Australia before founding Icon Architect Designed and Built, a specialist architectural design and construction company creating individual boutique homes.
Gavin, together with Robert, takes senior management responsibility and they have overseen the company’s growth and development since its establishment in 2002.
Gavin also adopts a senior management role on all significant Perth Precast and Precast WA projects.
Joe Murabito, Director
Joe has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of precast concrete components for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. He is particularly skilled at utilising innovative techniques to save construction time and cost on projects.
Jacqui Davis, Chief Financial Officer
Jacqui takes responsibility for the smooth running of effective financial and business information and management systems.
