Consistently meeting the rigorous demands of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects demands an equally rigorous quality regime.

All Perth Precast staff are aware of our emphasis on quality, and ongoing training, feedback and reward fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of our operations.

Our Quality Management System is accredited to ISO 9001:2008.

It is based on three goals: competence – commitment – communication, and incorporates documented processes for continuous internal audit and external customer feedback.

Our systems have been designed to maintain the rigorous quality management control checks and balances that are needed across the diverse range of precast concrete components we manufacture.

Our objectives are:
  • A high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Use of high quality equipment and materials.
  • Competent, experienced and well trained personnel.
  • Ongoing maintenance of equipment to comply with manufacturers recommendations.
  • Effective methods for customer feedback and complaint handling and resolution.

From initial quotation right through to final delivery, we maintain documented procedures and instructions to equip all our personnel with the skills and knowledge to achieve these objectives.

Our Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator and a Quality Inspector maintain minute-by-minute supervision to ensure compliance with our contractual obligations and relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

Our suppliers are subject to the same rigorous quality controls we impose internally.

Perth Precast works closely and cooperatively in partnership with its clients, and welcomes their external scrutiny. Recently, we received an average score of 93% in an independent Subcontractor Compliance Audit for the Gorgon Project.
