Fully quarantine compliant site

Perth Precast’s entire site is fully compliant with Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) requirements.

We are currently exceeding AQIS requirements, and Perth Precast is the only precast concrete manufacturer in WA to have passed continual quarantine inspections.

Perth Precast has extensive experience in quarantine logistics, with more than 6000 items already supplied to the Gorgon Project through Thiess Decmil Kentz Joint Venture.

Perth Precast has also received certification from Chevron that it is qualified to determine Red Tag environmental quarantine compliance for Barrow Island.

Site procedures are as per Chevron Australia G1-TE-Z-0000-SPC3510 Specifications for Quarantine Chemical Treatments for the Gorgon Barrow Island LNG Plant:

• Perimeter rodent control – continuous
• Cockroach control – continuous
• Snail/slug treatment – continuous
• Spider/insect control – 3-monthly fogging
• Weed eradication – continuous
