Robert Spadanuda, Dip Int Des, Director, Chief Executive Officer

Robert has specialised skills in financial and project management and heads the management team that oversees both the strategic direction and day-to-day functioning of Perth Precast. Robert takes a hands-on role in the management and oversight of all significant projects.

 

 

Gavin Lee, B. Arch, Chief Operating Officer

Gavin, together with Robert, takes senior management responsibility for Perth Precast and they have overseen its growth and development since its establishment in 1990. Gavin also adopts a supervisory role on all significant Perth Precast projects.

 

 

 Chris Taylor, CPPM, Contracts Director

Chris is a construction and engineering professional with over 20 years' industry experience across three continents.  This wealth of experience has been gained working for both large international companies and small independent subcontractors. Chris uses his substantial knowledge and expertise to his clients benefit - working closely with them to ensure that their expectations are met from estimating through to successful production completion.

 Pasquale Spadanuda, Production Manager (Registered Builder)

Pasquale has 40 years’ experience in construction management, specialising in large-scale commercial projects throughout Western Australia.

 

 

 

Jacqui Davis, Chief Financial Officer

Jacqui takes responsibility for the smooth running of Perth Precast’s effective financial and business information and management systems.
